Hi,
These are unusually frame rates, the norm would be 30 or 29.97. Could you provide some more examples of mediainfo including the the 25 fps ones.
Also have you tried playing any of these clips with hardware decoder disabled?
Or Setting adjust framerate to always?
Also you could try disabling the adjust frame rate and set kodi’s fps to 29.97 or 30 and see if they play any better?

Looks like its a youtube mkv? Variable Framerate is always an issue (and yes that file is variable).
