Video Not Playing, Vero 4k Frozen

I’m having an intermittent issue where I start a movie and it does not play. Everything is frozen. The only thing I can do is to unplug the Vero 4K and when I plug it back it, the movie will correctly play.


Can you please enable debug logging under Settings so we can get some more information as to why this is happening?



Oops. It’s very intermittent. Is there any way to have the debug log without any data displayed on the TV?
