I´ve problem with video stuttering. Adjust Refresh Rate enabled and tried to solve this problem by fresh install, but nothing helped me. Only one thing help me - pause a video for a moment. If the stuttering continues still after it, I pause it twice or more till the stuttering stopped, and then video plays smoothly till the end. It happens independently on the types of videos (H264, H265, resolution). Thank you for your help.

Depending on the used skin you have to set the settings-level to standard or higher, in summary:

enable debug logging at settings->system->logging

reboot the OSMC device twice(!)

reproduce the issue

upload the log set (all configs and logs!) either using the
Log Uploadermethod within the My OSMC menu in the GUI or thesshmethod invoking commandgrab-logs -A -
