Movies/TV shows which have always been working fine, are now not working anymore. They can be started, but video is looking like this:
Sometimes OSMC even crashes (did not happen during log shown below though)
Log: https://paste.osmc.tv/asorexucez
Edit: looks like it’s only 4k videos.

I’m getting following error message:
E: Unable to locate package vero364-image-4-9-113-64-osmc:arm64
Updating via My OSMC does not work (“no updates found”).
You could remove this deb http://apt.osmc.tv videoimprovevero49 main
and run sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

@sam_nazarko
Sorry, I don’t follow what you mean by “remove deb http://apt.osmc.tv videoimprovevero49 main”.
How and where to remove this from?
From /etc/apt/sources.list

Even though videos are working again, I’m still having issues with 4k videos. E.g. when jumping +10mins several times, OSMC crashes.
Then I would suggest posting some debug logs.

Should I create a new thread for this issue?
Hi,
How are the external drives powered?
What filesystem do they use? e.g. ntfs, exfat or ext4
Regards Tom.

Hi Tom,
they are all powered via external power supply.
All drives are ntfs.

Hi,
NTFS could be causing a bottleneck. Have you a spare drive that could be formatted as ext4 and test playback from that?
Regards Tom.
