this might be a basic question but i can’t seem to find the answer.
I have 2 x Vero4K+. One has Volume OSD and the other doesn’t, and i can’t seem to see a setting on how to turn it on on the one without it.
Help much appreciated.

What do you mean with Volume OSD? You mean the Volume % shown when you press +/-?
Could it be that it is off screen due to overscan?
by volume osd you are correct - this is what i mean.
I don’t overscan / underscan just scan 16:9.
I’ve also tried a couple of different skins. Tajo and Confluence.
I output audio to TV via HDMI then via ARC to Bose Soundbar.

did you have passthrough audio set on one maybe? the one connected to the tv the other to an avr? if yes, passthrough doesn’t allow volume control through kodi… and you might control it via cec on the avr.
