Picture covering only about one sixth of the screen when it should be filling the whole TV. Any ideas why?

I’ve already tried rebooting several times.
It doesn’t seem to affect every video, but the ones that are affected play correctly on other devices.

It doesn’t look like the 3D test build. The logs show a weird SetVideoRect output, so the “axis” seems to be wrong.

I was when I first noticed the problem, but the first thing I tried was reverting back to the standard version, and I’m still seeing the issue.
Not all videos are, but that isn’t the only one that is.
Could you move your guisettings.xml away (stop Kodi first) and see if a fresh one exhibits the same problem?
I could ionly imagine that issue occurring if the Vero was turned on before a 4K TV was then turned on.
I’m not familiar enough with Kodi to know where to find the file.

Under “Player” settings, “Playback mode of stereoscopic videos” is set to “Preferred mode”. Under “System”, “Preferred mode” is set to “Same as movie”.
But these are 2D files I’m playing.
I know, I’m looking at the code and trying to find out what’s wrong. And that setting above is used there.
Did it work with a previous OSMC version?

Rather a lot of files seem to be playing wrongly, and I’m pretty sure at least some of them must have worked before. For example, there are episodes of TV series not working when I’ve played previous episodes of the same series without any problem.
In fact, it seems as if something has quite suddenly gone wrong just today - although I’m racking my brains to think of any change I’ve made to the system that could have triggered it. It’s very odd.
If you skip out the Lumagen, does it work?
