NAS went belly up last night, added one media drive to powered HD case connected to 4k, screen flashed up ‘mounted removable storage’…quick question…where is it to be found?

New wd nas delivered last night told me within 15 mins it was a failure of 3tb wd red hdd that the crappy asustor nas never picked up on…grrr
