Where is the internal IR Reciever?

Where is the internal IR, i just want to fix my IR blaster near the right place, it seems to work right now, but where is the IR receiver located when looking at the 4K device from the front

It’s by the LED.

Looking at it right or left side of the LED?

Looking straight at the device, it would be slightly to the left. But it is not that sensitive.

hi,

feeling rather stupid but i can not see the internal it receiver. is it in the blue “+” led, just next to it, … ?

could someone post s photo please.

Can you say whiy the MyHarmony Software reports that the Vero4K has no IR? Obviously it has (and I can confirm it works).

No idea. We didn’t submit those profiles, so it’s probably just an error in the Logitech database…

Probably because the profile you’re using is meant to control the Vero 4K via Bluetooth - which is also way more responsive :wink:
