I think the playlist and video add-on options there are hard baked into the skin. I think the auto mounted drives is only showing because you currently have USB storage plugged into your device which that option gives you easy access to. I don’t think there is an option for exactly what your asking for with the Estuary skin. There is the option of setting up a proper library instead browsing files in which you wouldn’t need to even have the “videos” menu option showing if you didn’t want.
