Wifi region change is not in my osmc

so how can i set up wifi locale
and you pretty dum so you removed raspi-config and placed dummy message
dumb guys

Good Morning,

Not dumb, raspi-config hasn’t been removed. As OSMC is based on Debian, rather than RaspberryOS.

You can set region with:

sudo iw reg set GB for example

You can make permenant with crda, will probably need installing:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install crda

It will be added to My OSMC at a later date.

how? the command iw is not found
wtf

sudo apt-get install -y wireless-tools

Note: if you keep posting like an entitled arsehole when people are trying to help you, I will prohibit your ability to do so.

how can i do so without the internet?

You have a couple of options:

  1. Connect an Ethernet cable temporarily
  2. Change the channel temporarily on your router so you can connect and set the regulatory domain; then set it back.

We’ve only really see this cause issues in Germany with some users on channel 13.
