Making The AppImage Installer executable

Traditional packaged installers.
Debian
The deb package installer can be found here. Supported distributions are Debian Buster and Bullseye; Current LTS versions of Ubuntu and Mint. Also other Debian derivatives, should work.
Red Hat
The rpm package installer can be found here. Supported distributions are Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7, 8 and 9; CentOS 7 and RockyLinux/AlmaLinux 8 & 9. Also it should work on SuSE.
