WinTV-dualHD Tuner not recognized

I’ve got OSMC running on a raspberry pi 3, and I’m trying to use a Hauppauge WinTV-dualHD usb tuner for OTA broadcasts in the US. lsusb shows that it is recognizing the hauppauge device plugged into the usb port, and I can access Tvheadend from my pc via :9981, but no TV Adapters show up under the Configuration tab.

Thoughts on what I’m doing wrong? Could I have the wrong firmware installed?

Confirm the I’d product and idVendor strings from dmesg match here.

Hauppauge WinTV-DualHD Support

I’m a bit of a linux noob but from my understanding it will add driver support for the WinTV-DualHD USB stick but only 1 of the 2 tuners.
