Wiping and Starting Over with Vero 4K

I believe I may have a virus or malware on my Vero. Is there a guide for wiping and re-installing please?

Will this also erase ALL remaining data on the Vero? Like caches, thumbnails etcetera. I am experiencing all weird problems with my Vero 4K+ and want to start all over, complete fresh. No backups to be returned, all new like a baby

Yes a reinstall will remove anything on the Vero. Same status as it was when it was shipped to you.
