All I know is it worked fine awhile before installing the first June update and after now displays ‘control error’ when attempting to launch.

Also as openweather is also showing an error it looks more like a python problem.
Try to update all your addons.
If that doesn’t work. Try to uninstall and reinstall the defective addons.
have the same problem with youtube addon. getting installation error message.
What error message? How can we assist if you don’t even tell us what the message says? Are you talking about the YouTube add-on, because youtube.dl is not the regular YouTube add-on that people are familiar with.
