A blue ray video (BDMV container) start issue

Hello,
Vero 4K ( older not 4k+) is connected via HDMI to Denon AVR X2200W and then via AVR HDMI output to TV Panasonic (Plasma) TX-P50GT60B. Vero 4k is mounted wire by AUTOFS nfs to WD my cloud mirror NAS.

I have over forty blue ray music concerts in BDMV container . Some of them are frame rate 23,973FPS, some are 25FPS and some of them are 30FPS.
And play start issue is just with 25FPS and 30FPS :
like example push play on remote:
comes sound and video almost on the same time, but after about second sound and video disappear (black screen) and after about one second or two concert starts play normally with sound and video. (There is no this black screen for second or two with 23,973FPS blue ray video )

This is media info of Helene Fisher concert:

And here is my logs.

Actually with this concert (which you see in media info and logs ), if I change chapters (next song ) after some remote pushing next song Vero 4K shows sad face.
If I am watching concert without pushing next chapter on remote it shows perfect.

Does disabling whitelisting improve things?

Hi Sam,
Thanks for so quick replay.
Just checked. Disabled all whitelists and now it starts play perfect on all concerts without black screen

Do I have to change somehow my whitelisting…?

But pushing next chapter once plays ok , but after pushing one more time next chapter it shows sad face anyway. Actually it is so noticeable sad face just on this one file which logs and media info gave in the first post. So maybe it is somehow file corrupted , but if I not push next chapter it plays perfect.

Can we hope that after release of 4.9 kernel a blue ray video with enabled whitelisting starts the same smooth as now with disabled whitelisting?

I would be happy to test, if it is needed.

You could try it and report back.

I installed 4.9 kernel . Whitelisting is enabled.
And there is the same issue regarding a blue ray start (BDMV container) with 25FPS and 29.970FPS as in latest stable June release.
Like example push play on remote:
comes sound and video almost on the same time, but after about second sound and video disappear (black screen) and after about one second or two movie starts play normally with sound and video. (There is no this black screen for second or two with 23,973FPS blue ray video )

First:
I tried to connect Vero 4K directly to Panasonic TV (Plasma). Without AVR
And play first a blue ray movie with 23,973 FPS.
Media info of the file https://paste.osmc.tv/exomayonus.coffee
Starts very smoothly. If I enable debug information on the screen it confirms that fr: 29.976 drop: 0 skip:0

After that I play a blue ray with 25FPS
Here is media info file https://paste.osmc.tv/wetigopeme.vhdl
Now video starts TV is confirming 25hz 1080p, but then black screen for second or two without audio. And then everything plays fine, except TV confirms that it is 50hz instead of 25hz and then I enable debug information on screen, it shows:
fr: 50.000 drop: 0 skip:104

Now I start Blue ray video with 29.970FPS
Media info file https://paste.osmc.tv/oyiwiverah.rib
The same issue: Audio and video starts TV is reporting 30hz 1080p,but then black screen for second or two without audio. Then everything plays fine, but TV reports 60hz 1080p and if I enable debug information on screen it shows:
fr:59.940 drop:0 skip:115

So here is my log with vero 4K connected just to TV and above described scenario
https://paste.osmc.tv/acewujotol

Second:
I connected Vero 4K to AVR Denon and then to TV
Played exactly the same files as described above :
Start movie with 23,973 FPS ,starts very smooth without black screen with 23,973 FPS.
Start movie with 25FPS: starts with 25FPS, then black screen for second or two and then plays fine, but with 50FPS.
Start movie with 29.970FPS: starts with 29.970FPS, then black screen for second or two and then plays fine but with 59.940FPS.

So here is log Vero 4K connected to AVR and when to TV (files used is exactly the same as media info indicted above)
https://paste.osmc.tv/horubaxahu

When I just disable whitelisting (Kernel 4.9) or as it was tested on latest stable June realese:
Everything starts very smooth without black screen, but frames per second any way is changed for 25FPS video to 50FPS
and 29.970 FPS video to 59.940FPS

PS: I like Vero 4K and OSMC very much and want to thank you for the great job
