Nope. My idea didnā€™t work, in fact it made things worse on my AVR when playing 4k video so I didnā€™t want to implement it in a release.

Oh thatā€™s a shame - thanks for looking into it anyway.

I guess Iā€™ll have to reinstall the previous firmware then to enable playback of my cd rips.

Sorry we couldnā€™t find a quick fix. Please confirm which version works for you and Iā€™ll see if I can pin-point the differences that might be relevant.

Not had a chance to do it yet but Iā€™ll be expecting the [2022.03-1] build to be the one since things played fine with that before I updated

The latest release (May26) has a fix for the problem of playing 44.1kHz audio with 4k video. Maybe it also fixes this issue for you?

Sorry for not getting back to you. I upgraded to a VERO V a year or so ago and the problem was fixed. Iā€™m afraid I donā€™t know whether that was because of the new hardware or a newer software release.
