This happens only on osmc skin and not on Estuary.
That’s not the issue. Im using Estuary skin as i said with no problems at all. The problem begun after the latest skin update.

Try a reinstall. No one else seems to have any issue with Kodi crashing while attempting to play a youtube vid on RasPi.
This is reproduceable on the v4k too. First time locks you into a settings menu you can’t get out of, second time sad face reboot.
Me too is not useful in this scenario as there is nothing in OPs logs that pinpoint any specific issue. Providing logs is the only step that could result in some meaningful debug support. As there are now only two reports of this issue, it’s clearly not a widespread problem and less likely they are of the same cause, especially as the two reports are on different platforms. We’ll be happy to investigate logs upon receipt.

Does the issue still occur if disable hardware acceleration? Sorry been awhile since I ran osmc on a pi, I think its omx and mmal.

Could you try it without the “C-Media USB Audio Device” connected to see whether this related to the issue?

@JimKnopf It worked. That means that i can’t use a usb sound card with latest skin update?
Any quick fix available? If its possible could someone guide me through any necessary changes so i can have osmc skin working again?
