I think Sam was referring to me as the other user? I was already pointed here by Tom.

Settings > Add-on Browser > Recently updated > Requests

I could not find an option to roll back to a previous version on my system, but was able todownload 2.12.4 from Ares repository.

Plex is working again!

HEVC VideoClub is still b0rked though. But I rarely use that, so not a problem.
