Can't find allow file renaming and deletion

In the new skin I can’t find the option: allow file renaming and deletion.

Someone knows where I can find it?

I update osmc to the last version, and I have the default osmc skin.
But I can’t find that option anymore

It’s in the Media -> General section of Settings. Be sure to enable Expert mode.
