I would post which TV and which remote control you are using.

On Samsung TV’s for example the button “return” brings up the context menu.

Last time I tried that on RaspBMC I couldn’t get it to work - copying the entire file was the only way I could get it to pick up the new settings. I’ll give it another try, but I’d like to look at the original file to work out what i need to add/update, if I can find it! Cheers, Dave
