HDMI/ARC problem

Hello,

LG C8 TV
LG SL8YG Soundbar
I have a problem with Vero+Soundbar LG SL8YG.
Audio everything works wonderfully.

HDMI1= Vero4+
HDMI2= LG SL8YG ARC connection
HDMI3=PS4
TV Antenna
LG Webos Youtube

When I connect Vero4k HDMI Not I get ARC automatically, on soundbar,Everything works.

When I connect Vero4k+ HDMI I get no sound ARC is only OPTICAL.

If I turn on Vero4k then I get ARC again everywhere.
I do not understand this.

It has to do with Simplink I think, but why does this happen?

Hello

Problem solved.
I have connected Toslink cable to it
Arc HDMi and Optical cable now it all works

The problem has vero4k+

I have a soundbar LG SL8YG
Connected with ARC.
HDMI 1 Vero4k
HDMI 2 LG Soundbar ARC
HDMI 3 PS4

ARC only works when I have VERO4k+ power.
When I turn off Vero4k, ARC sound no longer works.

I turn off Vero4k+.
Then goes sound to internal speakers and optical.

Where can I set that ARC works for me.
If I do not connect Vero4k+ HDMI:

Everything goes without problems with ARC connection.
It does not matter where I connect Vero4k+.

I do not understand this

Hi,

Why you don’t connect the Vero to the HDMI-in port of the LG soundbar?
The Vero is not designed to be “turned off” (it has no power button) and should be “on” all the time since the power consumption is very low. Or do you mean the “suspend mode” of the device?
Just as a test try to deactivate CEC on the Vero (you need set the “settings level” to “standard” or higher) and tell us what happens then:

When red cross lights everything goes, only when I completely remove power soundbar goes from ARC to Optical.

Leider kein erfolg

Wenn Rotes Kreuz leutet geht alles,
Nur wenn ich komplett Strom wegnehme geht Soundbar von ARC auf Optical.

Hello,

I have no success.
Vero4k+ I have connected to soundbar HDMI get no picture.

Turn on TV.soundbar goes to OPTICAL.
Turn on Vero4k+ Soundbar goes to ARC.

Turn Vero4k off (standby) red cross.
ARC goes on.

Turn off TV.

Turn TV on
Soundbar goes to OPTICAL. Vero4k is in standby Red cross.

Turn power off and on at Vero4k+.Vero4k+ starts up.
After 2 seconds I get ARC.

I do not understand what the problem with Vero4k.
Other HDMI cable also does not work.other HDMI connection same problem.

This only happens with Vero4k.Vero4k+ completely controls my ARC

ich habe kein Erfolg.
Vero4k+ habe ich an Soundbar angeschlossen HDMI bekomme kein Bild.

Schalte Fernsehen an.Soundbar geht auf OPTICAL.
Schalte Vero4k+ an Soundbar geht auf ARC.

Schalte Vero4k aus (Standby) Rote Kreuz.
ARC geht weiter.

Schalte Fernsehen aus.

Schalte Fernsehen an
Soundbar geht auf OPTICAL. Vero4k steht in Standby Rotes Kreuz.

Schalte Strom bei Vero4k+ aus und an.Vero4k+ fährt hoch.
Nach 2 sekunden bekomme ich ARC.

Ich verstehe nicht was der für ein Problem mit Vero4k hat.
Andere HDMI kabel geht auch nicht.Andere HDMI Anschluss gleiche Problem.

Das Passiert nur bei Vero4k.Vero4k+ Steuert komplett mein ARC
