im have having issues with kodi and am wanting to do a fresh install. do i simply just reformat the existing sd card, then download the current disk image onto the sd, replace sd card and power up vero?
Don’t worry about reformatting anything. The OSMC installer uses a block level write so formatting or content of the card is of no consequence. Download the installer that corresponds to the system you are using to write the card, follow the prompts. Enjoy!
Well if only issues are around Kodi you might want to start with a clean Kodi.
sudo systemctl stop mediacenter
mv .kodi .kodi_backup
sudo systemctl start mediacenter

im up and running again. i did end up reformatting the sd.
