The official Retropie are making changes to work proper on OSMC

equivalent package of libraspberrypi-doc?

Does pi2 / debian based OSMC have a libraspberrypi-doc equivalent - it has its o…wn package opt/vc development headers/libs (rbp-userland-dev-osmc) but this doesn't include /opt/vc/src which is included on raspbian as libraspberrypi-doc The emulator xrorar requires /opt/vc/src/hello_pi/libs/ilclient/ - it would save us having to include this manually in RetroPie if osmc had a package. (I have added support so retropie now compiles correctly on OSMC)
