I always have to reboot osmc to show a video over hdmi

Hello,

similar to the thread at https://discourse.osmc.tv/t/no-signal-on-hdmi-from-osmc/15922 I have the same issue:

At the initial booting of the RasPi-4B running OSMC as autostart ma Sharp-TV shows ‘No Signal’.

If I reboot OSMC by ‘Kore’ (Android-App) the ‘Master Login’ is displayed, as excepted.

I did a grab-log which result is uploaded : –> grab-logs result

Any advice will be welcome

Maybe CEC is changing sources? Try unplugging your TV from the wall for a few seconds and see if that fixes the issue.

It might help to hardcode an EDID.

Thanks for your reply, I’ll try it, when I’m back at home again (in one week).

For now, I maybe can test the raspi at the hotel-TV…

P.S.: At the hotel TV osmc was running as expected, the TV started at the first booting.

I was using the same hardware, especially the same HDMI-Cable.

B.t.w.: Now I’M struggling with a new problem, I tried using IPTV-PVR-Client with the ‘Takealug’-EPG-grabber that ended in an endless-loop…

So I can’t test the booting of OSMC at my Sharp-TV as long as I have the RasPi connected to a Samsung monitor for testing…
