Install PHP 7.3/7.4 from Buster repository?

Hello,

is there any possibility to get a few packages from Buster repositories? I would need PHP 7.3 to run Nextcloud 18.
I already tried to install 7.3 with some hints I found but my 7.3 installation never worked within Apache. Unfortunately I have only basic Linux knowledge.

My OSMC installation is not exposed to the Internet. Therefore a one time installation without immediate installation of security fixes would be ok. (yes I know that this is not recommended but I would accept the risk).

I now would need these packages (ideally for PHP 7.4, but 7.3 would work as well)

apt update && apt install php7.4-fpm php7.4-gd php7.4-mysql php7.4-curl php7.4-xml php7.4-zip php7.4-intl php7.4-mbstring php7.4-json php7.4-bz2 php7.4-ldap php-apcu imagemagick php-imagick php-smbclient ldap-utils -y

Try the Stretch backports repository or see if there is a PHP 7.4 repo.
