I got a new Vero 5, and it worked perfectly for the first couple of weeks. Though the remote did not work out of the box, it probably just came with a bad battery, it was okay because it talked to my LG UT75 TV remote with no problem. Now suddenly it is giving me an error that the pulse 8 cec adapter couldn’t initialize. It is also not sending a signal after the tv has been turned off and I have to unplug and replug the hdmi cable to get anything on the screen. Both of these issues came at about the same time with no changes to the system.
I tried cutting the power to the tv and vero, a different hdmi cable, and a different hdmi port on the tv. I also tried it with the soundbar disconnected. So I’m out of ideas and very frustrated to be having to put this much effort into a new device. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Can you try turn everything (HDMI connected) off at the mains for 10 mins?

Thanks for getting back to me. The No Signal issue seems to be on my TVs end. It puts that HDMI port to sleep for some reason and the Vero won’t wake it, but the Fire Stick will, so I just switched them.
After 10 minutes with everything disconnected, I’m still getting the pulse 8 cec adapter couldn’t initialize error on boot.
Can you please upload a log and a photo of the error you’re seeing?

On reboot with the logger turned on, it didn’t have that error for the first time in about 20 reboots. I did have the problem with no signal again though, but I’m unsure if it’s my TV. I’ve got no screensaver turned on.
I’ll see if the problem recurs or if it is solved as magically as it started.
could it be related to the no signal issue i’m having with Vero V?
