Optimum Audio setup for Vero 4K

I have a Vero 4K connected via HDMI(Arc) to Soundbase Sony HT-XT1–>Sony TV KDL-50W815B (HDMI Arc). Soundbase XT1 support :
Dolby Digital
DTS-HD Master Audio*
Dolby Digital Plus*
DTS-HD High Resolution Audio*
Dolby TrueHD*
DTS-HD Low Bit Rate*
DTS
Linear PCM 2ch 48 kHz or less
DTS 96/24
Linear PCM Maximum 7.1ch 192 kHz or less*.
What is a optimal or recommended system audio setup parametars (or connection type beside mine) for passthrough audio.

Thanks
Damir

Enable all passthrough options and set audio to 7.1

Thanks, Best Match or Optimised in my case?

Best Match usually works more like you would expect, and sends whatever is in the media via HDMI.

Optimized sometimes gets “stuck” and keeps trying to send the sound format from the last media.

Best match is the default and recommended by us (also in your case). Optimized is best avoided.
