1080P 25/50 fps plays jerky Vero V

I am currently watching the series “Fool me once” and it plays jerky, as if it skips a frame or whatever it is. It plays smooth on my LG TV through the Plex app, so it has to be either Kodi or OSMC or the combination. I played the file directly from storage on the Vero V to take away any other influences and it shows like that as well, so it isn’t an add-on issue either.
