WiFi vs Wired Performance - huge difference

After mainly using FireTVs I decided to retask of my my Pi3 to OSMC, I must compliment them on the exceptional installation/image tool which makes the whole process incredibly simple and quick. I discovered the message wpa_supplicant[323]: wlan0: WPA: Group rekeying completed in journalctl And after this message occurs everything went slow.
