Raspi2 18.9 - 19.3 upgrade

Hi

I’m trying to upgrade a Rpi2 from Nov’20 Kodi 18.9 image to Nov’21 Kodi 19.3 image. No matter what I do it will not load the update via the OSMC UI.

Any ideas? Perhaps CLI?
