From a technical/diagnostic standpoint it is not relatable. I would try doing what I outlined in this post and see if that clears up your issue…

On your plex server try going to the settings>network>“List of IP addresses and networks that are allowed without auth” and add the IP address of your Vero (assuming your server is on your local network). I think there is also an option to disable transcoding if you don’t need that feature for other devices.

Agree here… my issue was clearly related to wifi now that we have resolved. This is a different issue altogether.

I have the same problem., but I am not using WiFi. Whenever I leave kodi a few days, when I use it again Ihave to reboot if I want to play 4k videos. 1080 are fine.

I suspect it has to do with the suspend option, I will try without suspending the vero. But I would like to be able to suspend it.

Anyone knows if there is another post regarding this problem? Another user had the same problem, without using wifi
