Yesterday the remote control behaves a little bit differently. It behaves as if it misses some clicks.
when i i am in my movie list and i hold the down button to scroll down the list it moves very slowly. Before yesterday, by holding down the down button scrolling down the movie list was really fast.
When i watch a movie and bring the menu to navigate to the subtitles, i behaves as i have to press the button twice in order to move to the next icon , for example play, stop, next etc…
i changed the battery but the behavior is still the same. Is it broken? or is there something i can do ?
From your description it doesn’t sound like an issue with the remote but rather something with Kodi or the OS. Logs may provide some insight.

Depending on the used skin you have to set the settings-level to standard or higher, in summary:
enable debug logging at settings->system->logging
reboot the OSMC device twice(!)
reproduce the issue
upload the log set (all configs and logs!) either using the Log Uploader method within the My OSMC menu in the GUI or the ssh method invoking command grab-logs -A
