My vero remote is not working when button is pressed there is a blue light. I have tried the two ports still no joy any ideas thanks ?
Did you try to re-pair the dongle and remote?
Remove dongle, Hold OK+Home until led is ON. Then re-inserted dongle.
If that falls, try it connected to another computer?
