Ok. Honestly it seems it could be a hardware issue.
But if you connect your Vero to your pc, it should show up as an external drive (I think it does but tbh I’m not sure) Use one of the many imaging apps to clone a backup of the faulty one. Then clone a backup of the working one, which you then restore to the faulty one.
I don’t think so.
I really can’t see what a ‘clone’ would do that the re-install doesn’t. Even if it was possible.
I was so sure I read that somewhere. Oh well.
Well… I agree more than in principle. But weird things sometimes manifest themselves when you troubleshoot. He happened to have another box so why not,… but since it’s not that trivial after all, it’s probably not worth it in the end.
