Great, glad to hear this however I did not release an update this weekend and have deferred it until next weekend to spend some time on a couple of other issues

It seems to be. I have no issue on the Vero V regarding SBS after the October update.

No. In the case of some add-ons not updating, like Arctic Horizon 2, the solution was:

Enable “Update official add-ons from: Any repositories” in Kodi Settings > System > Add-ons
