Settings for a Dolby Atmos Soundbar

Hi, I did search but can’t see an exact solution. I have my Vero4k going into a dolby atmos soundbar via HDMI. I’m not sure it’s giving me Dolby Atmos though. I have brand new HDMI 2.0 cables.

What settings should I have to get the best sound? I’m thinking in particular:

-no. of channels?
-refresh rate change?
-sync playback to display?
-HPD Lock on or off?

What sound bar do you have?

It’s a Vizio 36 inch “Dolby Atmos” one. The settings in the wiki seem to have done the trick, thanks.
