It looks like you haven’t overwritten the bootloader, so the device does not need to be returned to us for repair.
I will give you some repair instructions shortly.
Please use the recovery image sent via PM and use the toothpick method.
Then connect via WiFi, and update via My OSMC to restore full system functionality.
