[TESTING] Kodi 18 (Leia) builds for Raspberry Pi

Thanks for the quick reply. I will take another look at the sources list and get back to you.
Thanks,
Ben

Thanks very much! Solved my problem. I feel like an idiot now
Thanks,
Ben

Has anyone noticed that the latest nightlies cause their Raspberry Pi 3 to run warm/hot?

What process is running high? Can you show the output of top?

My wife is using the TV today for another thing so I cannot run it right now, but it is when I am streaming video from a NAS drive on my local network that the temp icon appears in the top right and occasionally the video stutters due to the heat. Blowing a fan at it helps it to cool down enough to make the temp icon go away and behavior return to normal. I will try and get the output of the top command when able.

Sorry to bother you again gmc,

but would it possible (for the next build of course) to include the latest commit from the pvr.teleboy-addon? (e43112625ee624abcf59cdb5983d0909432aac3c)

https://github.com/rbuehlma/pvr.teleboy/commits/master

At the moment it throws some 403-errors, visible in the log.

Much appreciated and thanks in advance! BR

Updating from 134 to 136 and got this error

Might be a temp issue with the mirror.
Its working here.

Will update in the next build. Busy trying to get it compiled under stretch now so might be a few days.

Its working now

Released 4 days ago a New PVR for HDhomerun if you have more than one the other PVR showing dupe channels with the stock PVR included with KODI this one doesn’t do that !

Use Linux-armhf confirmed working on Leia !

Fair enough, thanks mate!

Nothing should be rebooting itself. If the system is crashing and restarting, you should be investigating the problem.

I updated to the latest nightly and the problem no longer occurs so I cannot post the output of top, sry.

Could well have been a issue that was fixed upstream.

There have been quite a few changes in the last week or two. The main change is that the nightlies are now being built on Debian stretch. In order to run the nightlies you will first need to upgrade the OS to stretch.

Make sure you have a backup. Once the upgrade starts there is no going back.

Once the upgrade has been completed you will need to also complete the following:

Edit

sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list

The Stretch upgrade should have already commented out (Make sure this is the case)

# deb Index of /osmc/osmc/download/dev/gmc-18 ./

Then add

deb Index of /osmc/osmc/download/dev/gmc-18 gmc-18 main

Save and exit file.

Import gpg certificate:

wget -qO - http://download.osmc.tv/dev/gmc-18/gpg.key | sudo apt-key add -

Finally run update and dist-upgrade to install latest nightly.

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

To confirm which version you are running:

dpkg -l | grep mediacenter-osmc | awk ‘{ print $3 }’

Check which versions are available should you wish to install a previous version:

apt-cache madison rbp2-mediacenter-osmc

Install previous versions:

sudo apt-get install rbp2-mediacenter-osmc=17.8-138

Current Version:
