All, I hope this is the right place. I installed the recent nighly and wanted to use a german plugin called ā€œSky Goā€ compareable to Netflix using widevine. But I receive the message that there is no Widevine DRM library available for the system architecture (see error log attached). Can you help?

Yeah, this is the same problem as I had on my Raspberry Pi 3.
In this case, the system architecture is reported as ā€˜armv7ā€™ but the InputStream Helper ignores the last character which leads to ā€˜armvā€™.

This patch should fix it until the next update:

Oops, seems like your file is different from mine, probably my fault, sorry.

To patch it by hand, open the file inputstreamhelper.py with your favorite editor, go to ~ line 128, delete the line arm_arch = 'armv' + arch.split('v')[1][:-1] and in the following line replace arm_arch by arch[:5].

EDIT: Definitely my fault, I updated my original post, the patch should work now.

Sorry for this question. But how to figure this out. I donā€™t found this addon in Kodi, only the inputstream adaptive. But I reinstalled my system seconds ago with moving to the Kodi 18 Aplha Test Built. So I assume yes.

Under your addos you can check if there are updates. Latest inputstreamhelper is 0.2.4

Hi everyone, Iā€™m new here, so please, be gently with me. Iā€™ve went through most of the posts in this topic and canā€™t find the answer: Can we play, at this alpha stage, videos in rar files (r00, r01ā€¦, rar)?

Every time I try to open a video in rar files I have no video and only some pieces of audio in background.

The only things Iā€™ve found:
