I now have no video at all when I play anything. Only have audio.

Updated the vero to buster and the videoimprovement build smoothly.
On one of tvs I’m having the same issues I was having when this thread first started. I.e cec not working most of the time and limited resolution chices. Usually only 1280x720 and maybe a 480p resolution. I was having his a bit on the last build also but was waiting for the buster upgrade to see if it improved. It hasnt

Direct connection and tried 2 cables. I believe it looked like this the first time I had the problem. Turned out to be a race condition in the vero if I understood correctly

4.9 Buster running fine here except I have the same blank screen issues I reported recently with the production version of OSMC via the Marantz NR1711, particularly bad with 1080/50 content. But nice to see HDR10+ being reported by my new OLED TV on a couple of my 4K mkv’s, so that side of things seems to be working ok. I have two Vero’s available for use with this AVR, so will keep one on the old kernel if that helps with testing.

@DBMandrake could reliably reproduce this on one of his displays. I made some changes around then and he reported it as fixed. Maybe his monitor is less problematic than yours.

Thanks for everything, I have upgraded from stable 2020-06 following the instructions, everything is working well, there are no crashes like there used to be with previous 4.9 test updates. I have no 3D or HDR TV to check for other improvements. I really love your software support and commitment, will always recommend Vero to others

Not really.

MakeMKV issues were fixed although this would only affect a few rips within a certain timeframe.

A few other things, but there were too many changes for us to track them reliably.
