Hi everyone
I’m a recent owner of a Vero 4K. After a few adjustments everything works great, except the only 4K movie that I have : once the play button is pressed, nothing happens. There is only a timecode slowly progressing in the upper-right corner, as if I was listening to a music file. There is no sound and no picture, and if I press Escape to return to the player view, I get a glitched screen with vertical bars. On the other hand if I disable material acceleration in Kodi settings, my movie plays normally, though with a lot of lag (which is normal, I guess).
The issue probably comes from my file, encoded in H.265 HEVC 10bit 4:4:4 and 4K, but I don’t know how to solve it.
