I have some HEVC videos encoded as 4:4:4 10-bit. When I try to play them on Vero 4K nothing happens. Similar issue has been reported before by different users but no follow up since then.

I was using OMSC on a pi 3 and it couldn’t play some hevc files (that play fine on my mac).
So I bought the Vero 4k thinking that the issue was the pi; however the hevc files still don’t play on the Vero 4k… the hevc codec details (from vlc) are:
Planar 4:4:4 YUV 10-bit LE, resolution 960x736.
I thought the Vero 4K could play all hevc content, so maybe it’s something else in my setup?

I’m a recent owner of a Vero 4K. After a few adjustments everything works great, except the only 4K movie that I have : once the play button is pressed, nothing happens. There is only a timecode slowly progressing in the upper-right corner, as if I was listening to a music file. There is no sound and no picture, and if I press Escape to return to the player view, I get a glitched screen with vertical bars.
