Your sources.xml still lists a lot of entries like

<path pathversion="1">smb:/192.168.0.15:445/easystore2/Video/TV Shows/</path>

although you stated above that you changed that to 192.168.1.15.
I’m not using the MySQL method and I’m not sure where this info of 192.168.0.15:445 in the errors comes from. Is it part of the db or just originates from the wrong sources.xml?

… probably time to remove your sources.xml (rename) and create a new one.
