Norwegian Post is slow currently because they are renovating the postal building at the airport. They are backlogged on post from August despite now having completed the renovation.
@sam_nazarko: You think the best of people; I have a strong suspicion they are just slow and lazy. The postal service in Norway are getting worse and worse every year. It is a nightmare in general (sending a letter from one Norwegian city to another can easily take 1+ week; this took one day (less than 24 hours) 10 years ago).

Yes indeed, must be an immense task for the OSMC team, respect to those guys. (or is it just Sam alone?)
And not to mention everyone emailing them and asking questions on where there order is .
My order from 26th of July 2018 (#19063) is now completed.
I live in Hungary and wait for the delivery.

@peulenp Exactly, it makes me chuckle when people are demanding to know where this tool is, it wonāt make your Vero4k+ arrive any quicker, in fact itāll make it take longer as Sam has to take time out from shipping to work on itā¦kinda ironic in a way.

Which parcel service do you use?
The tool doesnāt make the delivery quicker but at least you have an idea when you gonna receive your item so that people donāt keep asking about it
It makes it slower, for the reason I pointed out.
People need to just stop pestering and being impatient.

Iāll put it up shortly, but Iām not sure how accurate it will be. Iāll make it conservative re. number of orders we can package so people donāt get disappointed. We also need to keep in mind that a lot of orders contain multiple units, which slows things down.

Just wanted to chime in and say that according to tracking mine has arrived at my local post office (USA) and should hopefully be delivered to today. Mail normally shows up sometime at my house in the next 3-4 hours. This is my first OSMC purchase and this Vero 4K+ will be replacing my VERY old WDTV-SMP which has been a reliable workhorse but can no longer keep up with new video and audio standards. Itās been a long wait but I understand the situation and all the things which have conspired together (much of which were beyond Samās ^ coās control)
If you put your tracking number in to USPS.com from the original dispatch email, theyāll tell you the delivery date.
To be fair, 2.5 of those 3 days Sam likely spent drinking a LOT of vodka after all the āWHERE IS MY VERO???!1!?one!!1one!!1!ā messages heās been receiving. Poor guy needed to recuperate.
