Nonetheless, we have issued a replacement device.
We are doing our best to get everyoneâs devices out as quickly as possible (returns or new orders). Returns take 2-3 days to process (due to testing; contacting the customer).

So, you are saying that it may have already shipped despite the fact that it is still marked as in processing? When should I expect a tracking number?

A tracking number is sent 24 hours after the first international (or final for domestic) scan point. Weâve made this change because some customers were constantly F5âing the tracking page before this, and it would cause rate limiting.
I believe this has indeed already shipped for you.
