I’ve read the posts Sam, you said the first orders will be shipped this week and this is a very good news :slight_smile: But how can we know when our own Vero will be shipped? I have order #1842. How much orders do you plan to dispatch per week? I’m sure i’m to the only one wondering. Regards. Xavier

Hi Xavier,

Good question!

You will be able to log in to your account at osmc.tv/shop/my-account. When your order has been shipped, ‘Processing’ will become ‘Complete’. To save you checking every day, you should also get an email.

The team are going hoping to be getting through about 800 a week

Good thing I checked my shippingaddress. Somehow the city and country were not filled in anymore? More people with this problem?

I had the same problem. My account page showed United States but when I edited my address, both the City and Country were missing. Glad I double-checked.

Will the Vero be shipped in the proper box at a later time? The ones going out now will be in a plain box?

The ones now will be in a plain box. I am hoping to get the new box for later orders, but have nothing firm on that yet

I only ordered it fairly recently but just wanted an estimated delivery date if possible.

How long i need wait .First you say end of january now is march .When i receive this box really my order number is 1531.

The 4th March was the last post on the blog and it stated that the first orders ‘should’ be sent in the following week.
