I for one do not think there is fraud. I think sooner or later I will receive my device. I also know since I didn’t order mine to 12/31 that I am further back in the queue then a lot of others. The issue I had was to see a new order would be sent out within 1.5 weeks but orders from November and December say still processing.
And why would 1.5 weeks be suspicious?I’m sure all the backordered units can ship in that time
Just seems like a short amount of time to get out new orders when old orders from November are still processing. Not trying to raise a stink about it, just curious that is all.

Another significant batch has been sent today and you should all receive tracking numbers shortly. As @ActionA says, the tracking number sometimes takes a while to update. Sometimes, your order can be out for 3 days before it’ll switch to ‘Completed’. I’m trying to make that a bit more timely in the future.
I endeavour to reply to every email when I get time. A lot of people have been asking where they are in the queue. Sometimes I do not reply if I see that your order is about to be dispatched imminently or has already been processed, as we’d like to get as many out as possible in the day.
Re. 1.5 week target: it’s definitely doable and we’re still on track for that. Once the initial backlog gets done we can get on to processing new orders. Rest assured, those early backers will be the first to get their hands on the Vero and orders are dispatched in a first-come-first-served order.
What is slowing us down is some people have not entered their city or country properly. Please login to your account at osmc.tv/shop/my-account and make sure your shipping details are accurate.

I can tell you for a fact your package has shipped. Your original details were missing city and country and as such it took us a bit of time to work out where to send your parcel!

That was fine as long as we had some details for the customer (they didn’t need to be tied to the order), but some people did not update their details at all. No problems really: we just email the customer and tell them to update their details, but it means they wait a little longer.

Well I had checked my address when asked and it looked fine however I just logged in then and hit the edit button. Once i was in edit mode a few fields were blank? Such as country and suburb was in the wrong field. My order was placed on 29/11/2014 I would have expected it to ship by now and I have not received any email to notify me my address was wrong?
I’ve saved up and can now afford to buy a Vero… but it’s now out of stock!! Good sign though! Can’t wait to get my hands on one. It looks like the best thing out there and can’t wait to ditch my WD Live
I would assume that since the Vero is now “out of stock” that orders placed after the latter part of Nov/2014 will now be on back order until after 05/04/2015?
No, all orders to date are accounted for in terms of stock.
My order was November 26 - any hints when it will ship?
It has likely shipped already, takes a bit of time for the shipping status to change unfortunately.

Hi Sam,
regarding wrong delivery address of my item i got this response from royal mail: “We have a Universal Postal Agreement with all our international partners, which means all enquiries and claims relating to international mail must be initiated by the senders in the country of origin.”
Status regarding my shipment from the royal mail homepage is still unchanged:
