hmayer - Mine came with tracking number etc. Perhaps a quick call direct to the carrier will help?

So it seems the 1.5 weeks has been missed. Any idea when I can expect one ordered on 12/31 will be shipped?
Im still processing - ordered 1/1/15 ! If Id have known it was this long to ship I would have brought something else in the interim.

I donāt know what people are complaining about, having to wait. Iāve received my Vero and itās fantastic. Another media player I supported through Kickstarter is taking much longer to arrive on my doorstep. Glad I backed two horses in this particular raceā¦
I agree with you. People are not used to backing these kickstarter like initiatives. Stuff is always later then planned, cause the people behind it are usually passionate amateurs. For me waiting and watching the struggle to get the product out is part of the fun.
I received mine in the mean time and Iām happy with it. Itās a nice devices, not flawless but given my raspbmc experience it will grow to fantastic in no time.

I didnāt start complaining until it was said that new orders would be shipped within 1.5 weeks. I wasnāt so much complaining before, just asking if it was going to happen. Which it seems it has not. I have backed things on Kickstarter and have been burnt because of it. That is why I question it here.
You two have your Veroās, so of course you arenāt complaining. Like I said, I just wanted an idea of when it would be shipped.

@apb0703 Sit tight, it WILL arrive, and itās worth the wait. I feel your anguish, Iām going through a similar wait for another media player, Vero beat it to the line though in my case.
Backers of this other device, who have already received theirs, are indirectly bragging, so I apologise if my comment came over in a similar way to you, I didnāt mean it to at all.

I understand your frustration here, the simple fact is I really underestimated the demand for Vero. Iām doing my best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As youāve not backed it on Kickstarter, thereās actually some accountability (tongue-in-cheek).
On a good note: if you email me (sam@osmc.tv) I can give you the exact date your order will leave the warehouse.
We will definitely be in stock in two weeks and be taking orders again. We should get stock sooner than that, but to avoid disappointing customers I wonāt be reopening shop until weāre able to get on top of our backorders

Well it arrived. Canāt believe how SMALL this thing is!!!
Do we have any kind of manual? A diagram showing the ports on the back? I canāt identify one of the ports next to the USB port.
Any type of userguide?
I figured the username/password is osmc - any documentation at all? The wiki is thin on details.

The username and password are documented on the Wiki. The Wiki needs some improvement however and weāre working on that.
The port by the USB is an eSATA port but it is not connected in this revision.
At the moment Quick Start - OSMC is one of our limited resources. I must improve this.
In the meantime, should you have any questions, start a post, feel free to ping me and Iāll gladly help you out

Sam I looked in the Wiki but could not find the username/password info. Anyway all good as I worked it out. Very impressed.
