Hello, I paid for my order 44639 last Friday (September 29th, 2023) via bank transfer. Unfortunately this was only possible in euros. I immediately sent an email to support and asked whether the amount was sufficient. So far I have not received an answer or a message about shipping.
My status is Order Packaged. I assume that means it’s payment received and despatched soon?
I’ve replied (and am on top of) all emails. I’d suggest re-sending.
Out today in about two hours with tracking. Yesterday we ran out of mailing bags, got more in the afternoon.

Yes - if you sent your email yesterday then you’ll definitely have had a reply by now.
Currently I am responding to all emails within 24 hours. That timeframe can slip from time to time of course.
A significant delay in dispatch is caused by the fact that most people are either paying in the currency of their choice (£149 is not 149 USD or 149 euros); or paying from their wife’s account and not including the order number in the payment reference, so we have to wait for them to get in touch with us and who sent what…

Perhaps you will have more luck with the other email you used for the last ticket but in case you don’t I have updated you fully via PM with attached correspondence of the emails.

My order dates 26th of Sept. and I originally emailed support because I wanted to make sure my payment had been received…
As I got no replies and order is still marked as “On Hold”, I wait for some reassuring comment either here or in email.
Sorry to be somewhat a PIA, but the fact that only accepted payment was by Bank Transfer made things a bit more complicated than usual.

You can’t snapshot the whole system but just back up everything with MyOSMC and restore on the V. Any 3rd party packages will have to be reinstalled manually.

I know they’ve tried to improve things with Radar but prior to this they were making a significant profit on facilitating chargebacks.

Found your first response, along with all other mails from this forum in the “Offers” folder in my e-mail provider’s webmail page… I don’t have such a folder in my mail client and I already checked the Spam folder, to no avail.
BTW, I also integrated the payment and everything should be fine now…
