What to do with a spare Vero 4K

Hi Community,

I own two Vero’s ( 4K & 4K+). The 4K+ is used and hooked up to my TV. The spare 4K is hidden in the dark

Does anyone recommend a nice idea how to maybe utilize the device without need to connect it to a TV / screen?

Any suggestions are highly welcome.

Been using my vero4k as a docker for over 1 year now, and I’ve heard some thoughts about using/repurpose your aging 4k. I would say if you don’t know docker, it can be a time consuming wormhole of “fun?”. Check it out, i have a small web-based accounting software running on my V4, and a few other services.

Maybe it’s enough for a PiHole which would provide ad blocking, DNS over HTTPS (if you add dnscrypt-proxy/cloudflared), DHCP? I’m using it on my server for years now, love that I’m mostly ad-free at home on all devices.
